Due to a change in the company's operating procedures, all technical support requests will need to be initiated by first filling in the form below. When completed, place into the Information Management inbox (also known as the wastebasket).

Unfortunately, when I was doing service i often encountered minor problems turned into post-tornado pictures…
I guess 75% of the questions, appear in real life as "Major trouble".
Years ago, when I first encountered the meaning of RTFM, I laughed. Then I started providing computer service and the laughing, went away…
