I attempted to make an executable and something happened and it would not make it .
Also at that time I lost the All of the Program …. completlely gone !  .. And also the Gambus GUI will not run any program .. gives a message "Program has returned a message of : 1 "
I have reinstalled Gambas 3 … no difference

Yeah I just checked Gambas and it is throwing errors too.

fr.po :19: 'msg id ' and 'msgstr' entries do not bot end with '/n'

fr.po:35: 'msgid' and 'msgstr' endtires do not bot end with '/n'

msgfmt: found 2 fatal errors

Wonder how long we are going to have to wait for this to get fixed

what version gambas is it you use?

I have no problems with dev-branch

gambas stable hasn't been updated for 2 months so if the problem has only just started then maybe you have another problem?

did you update the system?

did you try gambas with GTK and QT to see if it's a gui-toolkit error?

I reinstalled Gambas and it does work, only I still get the error messages.  Seems to be a translation error. It does compile the programs and they do work. I am using Gambas 3.17.2.  There was a update not long ago but I never checked to see if there were errors when compiling programs.

Now for the weird part….I tested Gambas on my laptop and there is no problem, just on my desktop.  As for updating, yes I run Arch Linux with XFCE desktop and there is pretty much updates on a daily bases.  The only real difference between the two systems is I do run some KDE programs which need some kde libraries.  I have a feeling one of those libraries is messing with Gambas.

I got it working again normally.  What I did was delete all the file in the language section for the program.  Restarted Gambas and everything worked as normally.  Every program after that worked as it was suppose to.  Really weird to say the least.
