Hello everyone maybe there is a way to help me here as well. I have already asked the same question in another forum.
I'm currently tinkering with something like a synthesizer with gstreamer and gambas - I'm to be classified as a beginner in this regard
I have already successfully connected my keyboard (Yamaha Portable Grand) with the help of alsamidisrc etc. and also integrated an echo. Now I wanted to change the soundfont in the gstreamer plugin fluiddec as a first step. Unfortunately, I get a rejection when I try to change the properties - my little tool hangs. My attempt to integrate an audiotestsrc in addition to alsamidisrc also doesn't work.
Here I might have been able to change the individual waveform. Using Audiotestsrc as a simple signal generator and then playing in the different waveforms is no problem. Unfortunately, I don't know how I'm supposed to do the same for my keyboard. I am grateful for any help.
Andreas
P.S. Unfortunately, my English is not really enough for a reasonable conversation - I'm a bit older and not so much of the school has stuck with me. Maybe translating with Google or something is enough?!

Only media related know how I have is a Video Player I build in gambas using gb.media.form, but I'm by far no expert.
You question is very specific and, I guess people into electronic music making and with deep understanding of gsstreamer and gambas would be able to help you.
But, then again, you might be that person
What I can do:
You could post some code, as I might be able to track 'gambas' related mistakes you might have made, because interpreting gambas wiki is an art that takes years of practice
I suppose you are aware of the wiki page on the gb.media component that provides a gstreamer access (https://gambaswiki.org/wiki/comp/gb.media)
That is usualy the best place to start and read, over and over again. That combined with trial and error (if you are the one eye in the land of the blind) and some support here, should get you quite an end.
It does take perseverance, but it will make you skilled on the matter, in time
