I get this error when I try to execute a program in the IDE 3.19.4.  This problem only happens on one project. other projects run fine.

I have deleted the file, renamed the file. edited the file. check permissions and set to 777 for the entire project folder and sub folders. Nothing seems to work. The project does work on another computer but if I copy the files it does not work. I copy the files for other projects and they work fine.

What is the issue?

without seeing the project or getting any real details it's hard to tell.

I would want to see the project name, the class/module names, etc

what happens if on the machine the code works on you select "make project archive" and then copy the project over via the archive?

did you re-compile the source (compile all) in the new location or just copy the binaries over?

I copied everything over. source, binary, probably files not needed also. I can't post the entire code, way too much for that.

It gives me a compiler error that says…. "Cannot create '.startup' file"  so I can't compile, recompile or run it. I ruled out permission issues and only one file matches the name given. The problem is only on the one computer, unfortunately I need to be able to use it. I was able to work with it in the past. Very confusing error that only happens on this project now even though it was fine in the past. Seems that ever since a previous update that stopped me from storing the project on the server and accessing it over the network, I get lots of strange things.
