How to share here?

 You press the video button and add the url.

But the video may be hosted on a page that does not give the true url to the video then it will not work.
If it is your video then upload it somewhere you can get the video link and not just a link to a page.

I found a way , press "Download" set from torrent to "Direct Link"  there you can get the actual video mp4  link
